🍍

Pineapple

Bright acidity up front. Cuts through fat, lifts everything under it. The reason it works on eggs at 7am and tacos at midnight.

🫐

Blueberry

Real blueberry. Not extract. This is why it's purple. It adds depth, not sweetness. Something in the mid-palate that hot sauce usually skips entirely.

🌶

Scotch Bonnet

Caribbean heat with a fruity finish. Warm at the back, not punishing. The wrong peppers a DoorDash driver brought me. I used them anyway.

Together, these three build a sauce that goes across the whole meal. Bright on the front, depth in the middle, warmth at the end. Nothing borrowed from anything else on your shelf.

Questions

Is this just a wing sauce?

No. VIOLET goes on eggs, fish, tacos, rice, cheese boards, grain bowls. The fruit makes it versatile, not limiting. It is a cooking condiment.

How hot is it?

Scotch bonnet heat. Present, not punishing. Most people who do not like spicy food finish the bottle. VIOLET is not a dare.

Does it need to be refrigerated?

Shelf-stable until opened. After that, keep it in the fridge. It will keep for months.
