Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (lower 48 states only). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and methods

Standard shipping (3-7 business days in transit) is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Approximate rates:

- Single bottle: $7
- 2-3 bottles: $9
- 4+ bottles: $12
- Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more (before tax)

Carriers

We ship via USPS or UPS. Carrier selection is based on destination and package weight.

Heat-related shipping notes

VIOLET is shelf-stable at room temperature and does not require refrigeration during transit. We do not offer expedited or temperature-controlled shipping at this time.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you within 1 business day of your order shipping. If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder, or email us at rowan.moynihan@rowdaddi.com.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
