Return and Refund Policy

Because we make a perishable food product, all sales of VIOLET hot sauce by Rowan Foods LLC ("By Rowan", "we", "our") are final once the product has shipped. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened bottles for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or defective items in transit

If your order arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement:

1. Email rowan.moynihan@rowdaddi.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged bottle(s) and outer packaging.
3. Do not discard the damaged item until we confirm the replacement.

We will ship a replacement to the original delivery address within 5 business days of approval. We do not offer monetary refunds for damaged items unless we are unable to fulfill a replacement.

Lost or non-delivered orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the order, please first check with your household, building manager, and local post office. If you still cannot locate the package after 5 days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms loss, we will reship at no cost.

Order cancellations

We process orders within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel, email us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Wrong item shipped

In the rare case we ship the wrong product, we will send the correct product at no cost and you may keep the incorrect item. Email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

Refund timing

Approved refunds (in cases where replacement is not possible) are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional delay.
